The attack was carried out by a Turkish military drone, a Rudaw and two local reporters in the region said.
Two Kurdish internal security forces were also wounded in the attack.
It is the second drone attack in a day on the positions of Russian troops in the Derbasiya region. A civilian was wounded in the first attack, which took place on Thursday afternoon, July 16.
Wednesday night, a Russian fighter bombed the town of Al-Bab, which is under the control of Turkish-backed forces.
The two countries have not yet commented on the issue yet.
