According to the official website of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, Masrour Barzani, met with the Minister of State Affairs of the UAE, Mohammad Qarqawi, during his visit to the UAE to attend the World Energy Summit.
Following the meeting, the Kurdish PM signed a memorandum of understanding on joint cooperation with Qarqawi and governing affairs and using UAE's successful experiences in this area, as well as the creation of an e-government.
