The deputy speaker of the Iraqi parliament also said: "Nuri al-Maliki, the head of the Government of Law coalition, insists on his positions and does not back down. This issue is a sign of the deepening of the differences within the Shiite currents and its effect on the political process.

About Iraq's financial situation, Etrushi also mentioned the content of his meeting with the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mohammad Shia al-Sudani, and said: "Al-Sudani told me frankly that the economic situation in Iraq is inappropriate and that the financial resources we have or will receive are few."

He further emphasized: "In Baghdad, there is a bad intention towards the Kurdistan Region, and this issue can bring risks for financial rights and political relations."
